Shipping policy

All orders ship Monday through Friday via USPS

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days

• Priority shipping: 2–4 business days

• Express shipping: 2 business days (order by noon ET to qualify)

Personalized items are made just "fur" you and your pal, and require an additional 3–5 days of production time. Choosing an expedited shipping method does not reduce this production time — it only affects shipping speed once your order ships.

Right now we ship within the United States only. We hope to bring Bark & Bow to pets around the world in the future!

Delayed or missing packages: If your package shows no tracking movement for 10 days after its last scan, or is marked "delivered" but hasn't arrived within 10 days of that date, contact us and we'll issue a replacement or store credit.
